What items are not eligible for return?

Final sale items, gift cards, and items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Please review product listings carefully before purchasing.

How long does my refund take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your statement.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We’re so sorry! Please email us at info@siennaclay.com with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
