Thank you for shopping with Sienna & Clay. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, used or damaged items.

How to Return: Email info@siennaclay.com or call +1 (901) 878-5864 with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.

Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

Exchanges: Contact us to swap for a different size, color, or product of equal or lesser value.

Damaged Items: Email us with photos within 7 days of delivery — we'll replace it or refund you fully at no cost.
