I haven’t received a tracking number yet.

Tracking numbers are sent once your order ships, typically within 1–2 business days of placing your order. Check your spam folder if you haven’t seen it. Still nothing? Contact us at info@siennaclay.com.

My tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive it.

Please check around your property and with neighbors first. If you still can’t locate your package, contact us within 7 days and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

My tracking hasn’t updated in a few days.

Carrier delays can sometimes cause tracking gaps. If there’s been no movement for more than 5 business days, please reach out to us and we’ll look into it.
